Shared Revenue model

Diligence Labs employed a shared revenue mechanism as an open-ended distribution and automatic distribution of revenue to all contributor according to their contribution, level, honesty, and integrity.

The revenue model

• Subscription Services: The subscription services model is for both retail and enterprise users who want an extensive and comprehensive report of a particular project

• External reward:

• API service: We will provide access to the platform's exclusive due diligence API to enterprise

• Crowd Funding: Over time, the platform will crowdfunding for projects based on the community request, for example, after the community performs due diligence on a project and they want to get in as an investor after submitting a proposal and the proposal passes the voting, the platform will provide this opportunity for the community and charge some percentages from the total raise and the % will be redistributed back to the community
